Automatic Operation Mixed Bed Deionizer
Brief
Our range of Mixed Bed Deionizers is especially designed for various industrial applications. These deionization units are rugged in construction, pre-engineered, standardized units that minimize high-priced installation expenses and starting up costs. Our Mixed Bed Deionizer units are come with simple design that maximizes the performance and repeatability of the work unit during the service and regeneration modes in order to provide a dependable water treatment unit.
These units are self-contained in corrosion resistant welded steel, epoxy powder coated frame. A Control panel with purity meter and indicator lights allows to see the operational status and each regeneration step. Our Mixed Bed Deionizer units includes single vessel that contains both cation and anion ion exchange resins. The cation resin is a strong acid type while the anion resin is a strong base, Type II. These two resins are mixed by agitation with compressed air and to carry out regeneration, the two resins are separated hydraulically during the loosening phase. As the anion resin is lighter than the cation resin it raises to the top, while the cation resin falls to the bottom. After the separation step the regeneration is carried out with caustic soda and a strong acid. Any excess regenerant is removed by rinsing each bed separately. Automatic Mixed Bed Deionizer is easy to use and it can provide with good water quality. This system use PLC and pneumatic valve as pilot, during regenerating operation,it can do 10~15 different steps.
If power off, PLC can prevent from data loss, then restart and go on the former action automatically.
